need to finalize schedules by second week in November - 3-hr blocks for DH, 4-hr blocks for boys 3-gamers

Another difficult season - snowed out games and rescheduling, sportsmanship still an issue with coach and fan ejections,
players taunting, etc.

- any program NOT able to commit to two teams
- any change in hosting dates (days of week, Thanksgiving Sunday, holiday Mondays, etc.)
- updates to director and coach contact lists
