Another difficult season - snowed out games and rescheduling, sportsmanship still an issue with coach and fan ejections,
players taunting, etc.
need input from programs by May 9 on:
- any program NOT able to commit to two teams
- any change in hosting dates (days of week, Thanksgiving Sunday, holiday Mondays, etc.)
- updates to director and coach contact lists
new entry interest - under New Business
contract with Frederick IAABO in our third-year option, will be negotiated this summer

issue with North Hagerstown Saturday home games
chain of command
tryouts - only permit those eligible to play for you (uncertain, ask an officer)
need to finalize schedules by second week in November - 3-hr blocks for DH, 1.5 for 6th
web updates - need a volunteer to replace John Beck for girls site updates
appointing Barry Cuozzo as committee of one to oversee suggested tournament protocols
creating a Security Committee (of one) to check into costs of security for tournament(s) - need a volunteer
suggesting cheerleader directors develop plan to standardize game-day activity
forms updated, available for download on both web sites
game reporting - better last year but late reporting policy will be strictly enforced this season
officials contract in 2nd year, option for a third at seasons end
